Today we went to Furnas in the bottom of another crater. Here there are a lot of hot springs where the water and mud is actually boiling. The locals use the heat for cooking. They make a casserol of meat, and the put the pot in a hot hole in the ground. They cover the hole with sand, and after a few hours they dig up the pot again, and dinner is served.
